Our brand new luxury property on the much sought-after La Torre Golf resort comprises of a spacious 2 bedroom Penthouse apartment. 

The apartment occupies a stunning location with a large front south facing balcony which overlooks the spectacular pool and separate kid's paddling pool which are shared by a small number of apartments.

There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a lounge/dining room and separate kitchen. The apartment is fully centrally heated for the winter months and has air conditioning in the living area for those long, hot summers. We also have an allocated underground car parking space for your use.

The apartment is ideally situated within the resort, just a one minute walk from the supermarket, and 2 minutes from the golf course/social club and restaurants.

Lounge/Dining Room/Balcony - furnished to a high standard in a contemporary style, the lounge has 2 sofas (the larger of which converts to a comfortable, good quality double sofa bed).

Main balcony - is accessed from the lounge and boasts uninterrupted views over the swimming pool. A quality Patio table and 6 chairs is provided to enjoy those warm evenings on the balcony with a nice glass of Red.

Kitchen - the spacious modern kitchen is fully equipped with oven, 4 ring hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, Iron/Ironing board and a full range of crockery, utensils, cutlery and pans.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms – Master bedroom has a double bed with  2 single beds in bedroom 2.  Both have large built-in wardrobes and bedside drawer units giving plenty storage space for your clothes. Both rooms have doors opening to a balcony, with the Master Bedroom opening out on to the large impressive balcony. The luxurious bathroom has a full-size bath with shower and a bidet.
